I have dreams of that motor with turbos. Such an underappreciated engine, it's just unfortunate there isn't a good aftermarket for it.

ahh. The 223 must have been a car only engine then. Or just an older engine. A friend has a '59 Meteor with a 223.

this one will have a turbo strapped to the side in a few months. I am rebuilding a head for it right now and then comes the turbo.

But you are right, there are some cam kits for it but other than that, not a whole lot.
